The service
Postter lets you connect Instagram Business or Creator accounts and schedule posts that are published automatically through Instagram's official API. Postter is operated by Michel Moraes (tax ID [NIF pending]), [Address pending], Spain.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to manage the Instagram accounts you connect.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give Postter a limited licence to store, process and send it to Instagram only to provide the service. You are responsible for your content complying with the law and with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Acceptable use
Don't use Postter to send spam, infringe others' rights, publish illegal content, or try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Availability
Publishing depends on Instagram and its API, which can change, limit or reject posts. We work to publish every post on time but cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for decisions made by Instagram.
Plans and payment
Postter is free while in early access. If paid plans are introduced, prices and conditions will be shown before you subscribe, and you will be able to cancel at any time.
Ending the service
You can stop using Postter and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Postter is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
